The Cottage
The Coach House offers four star self-catering accommodation.
Accommodation
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 with king-size double bed and bathroom : bath, basin and toilet.
Ground floor
Bedroom 2. Twin beds. Bathroom: basin, power shower and toilet. Sitting room. Wood-burner stove, large – screen T.V.
Modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Equipped to cater for up to 8 people.
Heating
All bathrooms have heated towel rails
All rooms have individual electric radiators.
Wood-burning stove. Wood provided.
Water is heated by solar panels, and with additional immersion heaters.
Swimming pool The water is heated and available during the summer months, mid-May to end of September (weather allowing).
Tennis court Balls and rackets can be provided.( tennis shoes/ sports shoes only ).
Gardens The gardens at Boords Farm are open to guests. There is an outside table for al-fresco meals and a barbeque available.
In Spring the gardens are full of primroses, daffodils, snowdrops and other bulbs. Summer there are oxe-eye daisies, roses, herbaceous plants clematis, wisteria, sweet peas and it has to be said the occasional weed.
All rents include:- electricity, linen, towels, wi fi , logs for wood-burner, dedicated phone – line but all calls must be paid for.
Dogs – welcome but must be pre-booked (see availability-dogs)
