Booking Procedure
To make a booking please contact Boords Farm by phone or email.
A £75.00 deposit per week is payable immediately. This confirms the booking. Deposit is payable by cheque or BACS on-line transfer. See contact details.
The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival by cash, cheque or BACS on-line transfer. We are unable to accept credit cards.
Terms and conditions
The cottage sleeps 4 people with a 5th on a put-up bed in the sitting room. Any additional adults staying are not allowed, except in rare a circumstance, but with prior discussion with the owners. This does not apply to babies, children in cots or young children, the family of the tenant or tenants.
Cancellations
Deposits requested to confirm a booking are non-refundable and we reserve the right to charge the full amount of a booking if a cancellation is made at the last minute. If cancellation is made well ahead of arrival every effort will be made to re-market the cottage. Should we successfully re-let, any deposits paid will be refunded.
Group reservations are the responsibility of the individual making the booking. We suggest insurance cover is taken for reservations of any length to ensure peace of mind for all parties.

N.B. Other than the entrance door threshold there are no steps on the ground floor. One twin bedroom is on the ground floor.
Parking is all off the road. There is plenty of parking right outside the cottage or if preferred cars can be parked further away on the premises. The gravel driveway leads straight to the cottage.
